A versatile person is good at more than one occupation or work. He can easily switch from one occupation to another. He has a many sided personality. He will be keen to learn more than one work. He will be curious to know things he does not know. He will be alert and interested to know what is happening around him.
Versatile people will be keen to try out new things which they had not tried earlier. They will be willing to experiment and even fail. When they fail, they will not give up, but learn from such failure. Versatile people are an asset to the society they live in.
Normally qualities such as leadership and ambition go with versatility. Such people will develop others to be leaders and versatile.
I had worked with a colleague of mine who was not only too good in his job, but also a good singer, a stage artist, a writer and a good photographer! I used to envy him.
