If we continue to do what we have been doing, we will not get what we have been getting. We have to think of new ways of working for an improved result. We have to recognize the fact that the world is changing fast and we have to move with the world. There is change everywhere and we have to notice and adapt to the fast changing world.
An innovative person will think out of the box. He will ask the question: why should I do activity this way is there any other more effective way of doing this? Driven by this mindset he will constantly innovate. He will be creative. He will use his Right Side of his brain. In a meeting he will be the one coming out with new ideas and suggestions. Since he thinks innovatively, he will also be very receptive to new ideas.
He will acquire new knowledge and insight to the things he is working. He will seek the views and opinions of others. He will very comfortable to seek expert and professional help.
Over this weekend identify one activity you are already doing and think if there is any other way of doing it. Practice this for a month and notice the change in your personality!
