I love those who can smile in trouble!

Leonardo da Vinci

Ask yourself a question: Am I a cheerful person? Do I look cheerful to others?

Being cheerful is a very attractive and enviable trait. It adds to your positive personality. People will like a cheerful person and avoid a sad person. It is natural that we like to be in the company of people who will add positive energy even when things are not going on well.

Life is a challenge and there may be circumstances when you are not in control. This is when you have to feel confident internally. The more you feel energetic and enthusiastic internally, the more you will feel cheerful. The more cheerful you feel internally, the more you will look cheerful externally.

Being cheerful is an honest feeling. You cannot fake being cheerful. Unless you feel so, you cannot exhibit a happy face.

When confronted with problems and setbacks, it will be a good idea to ask three power questions: What if? So what? What next?

These questions will push you forward into a positive state of mind. These questions and your internal response may not change the external situation. But they will certainly prepare you to a better state of mind and make you cheerful!

On a 0 to 10 index, rate your cheerfulness quotient!
