Image: Remembering people faces and names!
One enviable trait I admire in some people is their ability to remember people’s faces and names!
I am sure you have come across some people, who after knowing you for a long time, call you with a wrong name. There are also people who have the perennial problem of mistaken identity who will talk to people thinking them to be someone else!
Then there are people who will not spell your name correctly when they send a letter or invitation. Or they will use wrong initials.
I have also come across people who remember people’s faces and name very accurately. When they meet you even after many years, they will remember your face and name! Not only that. They will relate some interesting things that you told them when you met them last!
When you remember someone’s face and name correctly, it means that you care for them. It is a good manners and etiquette. It means that they are important for you. It makes them feel happy.
After all it is not difficult to remember people’s face and name. You have to take interest in people. If the name is difficult to spell and pronounce, may be you can write it down and say it a few times.
