The credit of coming out with the breakthrough NLP concept goes to Richard Bandler and John Grinder. They were later on joined by a few others who developed the NLP concept for the past nearly forty years.
I and my wife had the privilege of getting our NLP training with the world's best trainers who worked with Richard Bandler and John Grinder such as Charles Faulkner, David Gordon, Steve Andreas, Connirae Andreas, Judith DeLozier, Shelle Rose Charvet, Robert Mc Donald, Tamara Andreas, Lara Ewing, Garry Faris, Lynda Fudold, Tom Best, Joseph O' Connor, Kelly Gerling, Tim Hallbom, Gerry Schmidt, Suzi Smith, Chris Freeman etc from 1997 till date.
Let me present the meaning of the term Neuro Linguistic Porgramming (NLP).
`Neuro', as we know refers to the brain function. We talk about, Neurons, Neurology Department, Neuro Science, Neuro Surgeons etc. Our actions are driven by commands from our brain.
`Linguistic' means use of language. The way we use language is more important than the language itself. The same word or phrase may mean different thing to different people at different times.
`Programming' is taken from the computer science where software engineers and hardware engineers join together to configure the computer to produce a predetermined output.
