Nobody cleared a path for themselves by giving up.

Alacia Bessette

If you love what you do, you will not give up doing what you are doing. There could be heartbreaking disappointments, failures and crisis. But you will not give up. When challenged by problems, you will rise again with redoubled energy.

The only pre-requisite for this is: you should love your job!

Thomas Alva Edison was in search of that element which can be the burning filament in his dream electric bulb. After years of research and innumerable trials, on his eighth attempt he baked a carbon into the length of plain cotton thread. He then gave it to one of his team members to it to the lab to be placed into a bulb. On the way to the lab the carbon thread broke. But Edison was back to his lab and started making the next filament. Next day he made the same asked the same person to take it to the lab again. This filament was broken by a jeweler̢۪s hammer falling on it. But that did not stop Edison to get back to the lab again. After a few more days of hard work he again made the filament which ultimately burned!

This is manifestation of passion!
