[Time-Management] And here's the balance for the year!

If your happiness depends on what somebody else does, I guess you do have a problem!

Richard Bach

A problem can be solved only if it has a 100% owner. Someone has to think about the problem all the time and take total responsibility for the solution. If there is no such person for a problem, the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily.

Look at the following situations:

A person is sick

A student does not study

A business is running in loss

There is a serious customer problem

A product is failing in the market

For all these problems one has to find a solution. If a person is sick, we can always seek medical intervention. The doctor can have a medical team. But the doctor and his medical team cannot think 100% about the patient. Of course they can be fit to treat the patient and they may also be sincere and honest in their job. But they cannot afford to think about the root cause for the sickness 100% since they have other patients to be attended to. A close relative should own 100% responsibility for the recovery and think for the medical team.

Similarly a student̢۪s poor performance cannot be solved by the teacher. The parents should own 100% responsibility for the same and think for the teacher.

Somebody cannot solve your problem. You have to. Check if you own your problem 100%!
