[Time-Management] Arise, awake and take charge!

"The men who try to do something and fail are infinitely better than those who try to do nothing and succeed."

Lloyd Jones

Success or failure can either by structured or can be a random occurrence. Anything which is structured and designed is more valuable than that which happens. If we happen to succeed, we don't learn anything from the experience of succeeding. Similarly, we may also fail, even though we worked hard and sincerely invested all our efforts. But this failure is a treasure, because we can learn a lot from this failure.

We may wish to be lucky and we may be very happy that we are born in a good family of wealthy and educated family. We may inherit a lot of wealth, and we may have to do nothing, practically nothing, to live happily. We may put in very least efforts and may even expect not to succeed, but still we may succeed. But this success my not do us any good. This success will be like a soap bubble – beautiful to look at, but may burst at any time!

A tennis player refines his game only by analyzing his failure and not by merely feeling happy every time he succeeds. Every time he hits the net, he analyses why and this frame of mind makes him to face every bad game as a chance to improve his game.

Do you know who is more probable to fail? Obviously the man who has never failed!

May be you can do an exercise. List all the mistakes you did and list at least one lesson you learnt from the same. Also list all the successes you achieved, and lost one thing you learnt from each success. Notice which list is longer and you will know the meaning of the above quotation!
