Image: Dependability
The Lord Does not ask about your ability, only about your availability; and if you prove your dependability, the Lord will increase your capability.

How dependable are you? Can people entrust a work to you and just forget about it? How often people have to follow up with you on jobs which you have undertaken to do? Do you let down people at a critical situation? If you do so, you are not dependable! Great people promise what they can do and do what they promise.
After all it is not impossible do honour your commitments. What is required is an honest awareness of what you are capable of and a sincere desire to follow through. Avoid the temptations to commit anything without evaluating your resources. When making a commitment, be very specific on what you commit and note it down. If you make a commitment on date and time, put it down in your diary. Review your commitments on a daily and weekly basis. Every week beginning review what all are pending execution that week.
Over this weekend, do an audit of your dependability index. You can do it by recalling all the commitments you made over the last six months and checking what percentage of the same you have completed. Keep doing this exercise for the next six months and you will notice your dependability index shooting up!
