[Time-Management] And here's the balance for the year!

11th January 2013

You do not always have to know when you are going to get to your goal, or how you are going to get to your goal, but you do need to take the next step.

Peggy McColl

We have to be clear about our goal and action plan. Achieving a goal is the result of systematic application of efforts through physical and mental discipline.

To achieve any goal, each step should be as small as possible so that we do not get overwhelmed by the size of the activity. Our daily management discipline should be very simple and easy to follow.

Two persons were stranded in a thick dense forest on a very dark night. They had to walk at least fifty miles to get out of the forest. All that they had was a small lantern light by which they could see the next three to four feet. One man was very upset and expressed how he can cross the forest with such a small lamp. But the other man walked the first three feet with this lantern and then the next three feet and so on. Guess who crossed the forest!

Just list five small activities that you should do tomorrow morning in the direction of your goal and do not go to sleep until you have completed the same. Follow this for a month and realise the power behind this secret formula!

This is what the most successful people did!
