`Even the lion has to defend himself against flies'

There are two major reasons for people not able to achieve something great - fear of failure and fear of negative criticism. It is easier to pass comments and criticize. But it takes a lot character and maturity to try out new things against odds.
Read this long quotation couple of times:
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. Next time when you find someone failing, go and praise him for the efforts he took regardless whether he achieved the result.
