`Wheresoever you go, go with all your heart'
Confucius
We need to ask ourselves a question: am I totally committed to my commitment? Commitment by itself is a very strong state of mind. Just imagine what will be our focus and effort level if we are totally committed to our commitment?
Earlier in this newsletter I wrote about Glenn Cunningham who survived a fire accident when he was in the school and he was not expected to walk or even live. But he was totally committed to his commitment of becoming an athlete and he completed one mile run in 4 minutes and 4 seconds in 1938 the first human being to run so fast.
Take the commitment of Mahatma Gandhi who decided to fight the British Empire. At a time when no one ever thought of fighting the British, he was totally committed to his commitment to free India from the British rule.
When you are totally committed to your commitment you will not rest till your goal is accomplished. You will ask and make use of every help available. You will stand very adverse criticisms. You will not give up when faced with setbacks.
Take any one project you are handling currently and ask yourself: am I totally committed to my commitment?
