Parenthood: the art of bringing up children without putting them down.

A computer is priced based on the amount of information it could store and the speed with which it can process the information. Of course, other features such as the size, the design, the aesthetics, the add on functions it carries are all very important. If you see a very old computer, it was very slow and had a very limited storage capacity. You will get an used computer almost free of cost. It will not be an exaggeration if I say that the human brain is much superior to a super computer which is yet to be produced! Many parents complain that their children suffer from poor memory. In fact some parents make this open declaration in front of their children, that the children use it as a valid excuse not to remember something!
Here's some facts about the capacity of the brain to store information:
The human brain has about 100 billion neurons, i.e.,100000000000. Neurons are the receptacles in which an information is stored. It's like a hard disc of a computer. Do you know how big is a neuron? You can hold 2,50,000 neurons on the top of a 50 paise coin! Do you know how much information can be stored in a single neuron? 20,00,000 information! That means that you can remember 20,00,000 times 100000000000 telephone numbers, names of people, state capitals, chemical formulae etc! Yet we say that we are not able to remember a telephone number!
Do you know how fast our brain can store information? Ten new information per second! That means in one minute, we can store 600 new information!
Are you shocked to know about the power of your brain! Get ready for more!
